Service Description

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants listen to resonant sounds while lying down. A combination of binaural beats, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, sounds of nature, gentle chimes and natural instruments are played for this one hour long healing session in low lighting. Wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring an eye covering, yoga mat, pillow and blanket to keep you cozy and warm as you rest and allow healing vibrational sound to wash over you (loaners supplies are also available in the studio).
